Neonl.com places cookies in order to perform web analytics in the program Piwik. NEO NL gathers the following data in Piwik:

Cookies for translation
Neonl.com uses the Weglot tool to translate the website. Weglot places cookies to translate the website from Dutch to English (and vice versa). These cookies remember your language preference, for example.
These are functional cookies. No tracking or collection of personal data takes place.
No personal data collected due to deleting of IP addresses
All websites collect visitors’ IP addresses. Neonl.com also does this, but these are not stored in Piwik. IP addresses are stored in log files. Log files are kept for 5 days on the web server so that they can be used by the web analytics program Piwik. They are then kept for another 90 days for security purposes, and they may only be consulted for this reason.
NEO NL has put measures in place to further limit the traceability of visitors to neonl.com. Immediately after the log files are imported into Piwik, all IP address are deleted.
Once this has happened, no more personal data is processed. This means NEO NL complies with the rules for processing personal data set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
No tracking cookies
Neonl.com does not use tracking cookies. Tracking cookies can follow visitors as they visit different websites. As a result, the website does not support the Do Not Track (DNT) web browser feature.
